LinguaSportiva

An independent research environment

LinguaSportiva

A reading environment for the jurisprudence of the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

The platform is convened independently of the Court. It exists to read and structure the published awards as a matter of academic record, and does not represent or speak in the Court's name.

It organises sports-law reasoning around its doctrinal anchors: competing methodologies, balancing pairs, and procedural lenses, drawn directly from the awards of the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

It is calibrated for institutional study rather than search: the structure itself is the argument.

Research instruments

Four reading instruments. Each opens a distinct doctrinal surface.
